摘要
目的探讨酒依赖的病因及病理生理学的改变,以便更好的进行治疗。方法采用文献检索方法,在近10年内检出相关论文80余篇,进行阅读和整理。结果酒依赖的病因主要包括生物因素,社会因素及心理因素;酒对人体的中枢神经系统,各个器官及心理均造成了损害。结论酒依赖所造成的躯体及心理上的损害是治疗的重点。
Objective To investigate the reason and the pathophysiological changes of alcohol dependence,and hence to do the therapy. Methods Using literature retrieval in last 10 years,we found more than 80 papers and organized. Results The main cause of alcohol dependence included the biological factor,social factor and psychological factor. The central nervous system,organs and psychology of patients have damage. Conclusion The focus of treatment is the physical and psychological damage.
