局部应用L-精氨酸对糖尿病小鼠创面愈合的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究局部应用L-精氨酸对糖尿病小鼠创面治疗效果的影响。方法建立链脲霉素(Streptozotocin,STZ)诱导的Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠创面模型;昆明小鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组)、糖尿病对照组(B组)、糖尿病精氨酸治疗组(C组),糖尿病小鼠创面模型建立后,观察及测量伤后0、4、8、14、16d时创面愈合面积、肉芽生长情况、组织形态学改变、羟脯氨酸(OHP)含量。结果C组创面愈合明显加快(P<0.05),创面成纤维细胞数量、胶原生成增多,OHP含量增加。结论局部应用L-精氨酸,通过加快肉芽生成,增加创面成纤维细胞数量,能促进糖尿病创面愈合。 Objective To investigate the effect of L-arginine used in the wound of mice with diabetes. Methods Type Ⅰ DM mice induced by streptozotocin were used as the animal model. Seventy five male KM mice were used in this study and were randomly divided into group A (normal control, n=25), group B (diabetic control, n=25) and group C (diabetes with L- arginine administration, n=25). The percentage of healing areas, the granulation tissue formation, the histological and morphological changes and the content of hydroxyproline were observed and measured on the 0, 4, 8, 14, and 16 days after injury. Results The treatment group C showed better wound healing than the group B. The contents of fibroblasts, collagen and OHP increased, compared with those in the group B (P〈0.05). Conclusion The local application of L-arginine could promote the healing of wounds in diabetic mice by stepping up the granulation tissue formation and increasing fibroblasts quantity in trauma.
