摘要
目的分析医院降糖药的应用现状及发展趋势。方法收集医院2004—2007年降糖药的用药量、用药金额等信息,采用金额排序法、用药频度(DDDs)排序法对临床用药情况进行统计分析。结果降糖药销售金额逐年增长,尤其是生物制剂年均增长率增幅较大。结论降糖药是一类很有发展潜力的药物,其用药金额和用量都呈快速增长趋势。
Objective To evaluate the application status and the developing trend of hypoglycemic drugs used in our hospital. Methods To collect the data of consumptive quantity and sum of money of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital during 2004-2007. The clinical utilization of hypoglycemic were counted and analyzed by the methods of order of sum of money and DDDs. Results The consumption of hypoglycemic drugs increased year by year, much as in the annual increase rate of biological products. Conclusion Hypoglycemic drugs have a great potential for the development. Their sales amount and the consumption sum show rapid increasing trend.
