摘要
目前市场上保健食品种类繁多,一些不法商家为了增加保健效果,在产品中非法添加了能够促进疗效的相关化学药品。该文采用LC-DAD-TOF/MS并结合专业的药物数据库,对某保健酒中的未知成分进行了定性筛查分析。试验结果显示,该方法具有简单、快速、结果准确可靠等优点,可成为目前打击保健食品中非法添加化学物质的有效技术措施。
There are various dietary supplements in the market,but the problem is that some manufacturers often illegally added some chemical drugs to enhance their effects.The authors constructed a special database of drugs with potential for abuse and successfully established a method to screen and identify the unknown component in a wine supplement with the database and LC-DAD-TOF/MS.The result indicated that it is a simple,fast and reliable method with potential to be a powerful measure for finding out the abused chemical drugs in dietary supplements.
