Study on An Explosive Based on HNS-Ⅱ with Low Detonation Velocity

摘要 为了将柔性银导爆索爆速从7 000 m/s降至(5 800±100)m/s,采用HNS-Ⅱ为主炸药,通过添加钝感剂、分散剂和高分子粘合剂来降低爆速,研究钝感剂含量对爆速的影响规律并优化配方和工艺。采用研制出的低爆速炸药拉制柔性银导爆索,其爆轰波传播稳定,爆速满足使用要求。 In order to decrease detonation velociy of a kind of silver detonating cord from 7 000 m/s to (5 800 ± 100)m/s, an explosive based on HNS-Ⅱ was studied. Through adding insensitive agent, dispersant and macromolecule adhesive, the detonation velocity was decreased, and the influence of content of insensitive agent on the detonation velocity was canied out. At the same time, the formulation and process of preparation were optimized. The silver detonating cord using lifts explosive has stable detonation wave, and its detonation velocity meets with the requirement.
