摘要
本试验通过模拟北京地区高温季节气温变化状况,对210日龄的北京红鸡进行27~34℃的连续热应激试验。结果表明,血糖、总蛋白、血脂以及T3、T4、H/L均处于先升后降,并在7~12天左右达到相对稳定。连续的血气分析及对血清离子的分析表明,pH从热应激开始后的前4天为7.337~7.394,未超出正常生理变化范围,HCO-3、PCO2,ABE经检验均无显攻差异,只是绝对值在热应激开始后有所下降。为缓解热应激给蛋鸡生产造成的影响,必须采取措施以缓和高温带来的危害。
The experiment was to studied on the law of blood biochemical parameters in the range of 27~34℃ successive heat stress by using 210days 72 layers of Beijing Red. The result showed that:GLU、TP、TG、H/L and T 3、T 4、all increased first then declined following and reached relatively steady in 7~12 days。 In other way,running analyzed to the parameters on blood gas and ion of serum showed that the change of pH in 7.337~7.394 in 4 days did not excess the normal range,there was slight declined on HCO - 3、P CO 2 、ABE and K、Na、Ca(P>0.05) in heat stress。 All of these results would show a theoretical basis for studying the law of heat stress and taken measure for relaxing the effects of high temperature.
