摘要
整村推进扶贫开发作为一种新的扶贫模式在新疆推行以来取得了显著的成效,但是,在扶贫开发工作进入新的历史发展阶段,新疆的整村推进扶贫开发工作将面临许多新的形势和困难,这就需要对整村推进扶贫模式进行机制创新。本文对此进行探讨,目的就是使新阶段扶贫开发工作能再上新台阶、取得新成效。
Sinee hamlet advancement of poverty alleviation and development as a new poverty -alleviating model has been implemented, it has made great achievements. However, when poverty alleviation and development task goes into a new historical development stage, hamlet advancement of poverty alleviation and development in Xinjiang will face many new situations and difficulties. Therefore, it needs to carry out meehanism innovation to make poverty alleviation and development task enter into a new level and get new progress.
