摘要
中国的环境问题历经古代、近代和现代三个发展阶段,现已成为制约中国现代化进程的障碍。古代,由于生产力低下,对自然环境的破坏相对较小,尚未从根本上威胁到国家的环境基础。近代,由于种种原因,自然环境和生态环境遭到了人为的破坏,引发了一系列生态环境危机。新中国成立后,计划经济时代,由于不合理的经济发展战略,使环境基础受到一定程度的破坏。改革开放后,粗放型的经济增长方式使环境的退化日益加剧,严重威胁到人民的生命和健康。跨入21世纪以来,由于中国政府对环境问题的高度重视,环境状况局部改善的范围日趋扩大。追溯历史,探究环境问题的产生和发展,对寻求实现经济发展与环境保护双赢的战略具有十分重要的意义。
China＇s environmental problem experienced three stages from ancient time to the present, and has now become an obstacle restricting China＇s modernization drive. The ancient times witnessed small destruction to the natural environment due to the poor productivity, therefore, little threat did it cause to the basis of the national environment. In modern times, because of human factors, the natural and ecological environment was greatly destroyed, which triggered a series of ecological crisis. After New China was founded, China entered planned economy. However, the unreasonable economic development strategies to certain extent resulted in the ecological destruction. When China initiated the policies of reform and opening to the outside world, its extensive economic growth style worsened the ecological deterioration, which seriously threatened people＇s life and health. Since China stepped into the 21 st century, the Chinese government has been attaching great importance to the environmental problem, and the improvement scope of the ecological environment is gradually on the increase. Hence, reviewing history to explore the origin and development of the environmental problem is of great significance to seek for the win - win strategies to realize beth-the economic growth and the protection of the ecological environment.
