摘要
以巢湖市人民路改造工程为例,介绍了该地块现阶段存在的主要问题,从交通组织、商业布局等方面探讨了合理的规划设计方案,并对建筑的形象风格,体量,色彩以及现有资源的利用进行了阐述,以使老商业区改造顺利进行。
With Renmin road in Chaohu city remaking engineering as example,the principal problems existing in present plot of land were introduced.The rational planning design scheme was discussed from traffic organizing,commercial layout and so on.The building image feature,size,color and existing resource utilization were illustrated,so as to make old commercial district remaking smooth running.
