商业进化和城市发展遗留下来的旧商业区的更新,是旧城改造的重要组成部分。旧商业区不仅是城市历史文化的一部分,而且它的建筑和空间所具有的独特魅力,吸引着越来越多的开发商和建筑师去开发和挖掘。本文讨论了有关旧商业区落后的原因、重整改造模式和开发内容,同时根据旧商业区改造成功的实例提出了自己的看法。
Old commercial districts, which was an area left by commerce evolution and urban developments, is and important part of urban redevelopment. Not only is an old commercial districts district a part of the city＇s culture and history, but also its architectural integrity and unique space that attract developers and architects to dig and discover. The author discusses in the paper the reasons forming the obsolescence of old urban districts, revitalization model and redevelopment content. He also shares his opinions based on an example for successful revitalization of and old commercial districts.
