摘要
针对工业化造成的城市环境和社会问题,结合TOD模式理论形成的背景,阐述了TOD模式的理念及其内涵,并概括性地介绍了TOD模式的兴起、发展及影响,指出其更侧重于整个大城市结构的塑造,较适宜于"人多地少"的国家或区域。
In view of environmental and social problems caused by industrialization in cities,combined with the formation background of TOD mode theory the concept and connotation of TOD mode are elaborated.The rise,development and influences of TOD mode are generally introduced.Author points out that TOD mode paid more attentions on the structure of whole city,which is more suitable to the countries and regions with ＂excessive population and less land resources＂.
