摘要
用全收粪法测定赛加羚羊对苜蓿青干草消化率。结果表明:赛加羚羊对苜蓿青干草的平均采食量为(8194±739)g/a·只;对苜蓿绝干物质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗蛋白、粗灰分、无氮浸出物、有机质的消化率分别为(6225±378)%、(1388±645)%、(4520±379)%、(7548±427)%、(4875±352)%、(7218±244)%与(689±396)%。与绵羊相比,赛加羚羊对粗脂肪的消化率只有138%,差异显著(P<005)其他营养的消化率差异均不显著(P>005)。同时用4NHCl不溶灰分法进行对比,发现消化率均高于全收粪法。
The digest ratio of M. sativa of Saiga tatarica by total feces collection were determinated. The results indicated that the average ingested amount of dry grass of Saiga tatarica, was (819 4 g±73 9) g per animal. The digest ratios of dry material, rough fat, rough fiber, rough protein, rough ash content, non nitrogen oozed matter, organic matter were (62 25±3 78) %, (13 88±6 45) %, (45 20±3 79) %, (75 48)±4 27) %, (48 75±3 52) %, (72 18±2 44) %, (68 9±3 96) % respectively. In comparison with sheep, the digest ratio of rough fat was 13 8 % existed significant difference ( P <0 05). The digest ratios of other nutrient materials by Medicago sativa were similar to that of sheep ( P >0 05). In comparison with total feces collection, the 4N HCl non solvable ash content method showed a higher digest ratiol.
