全收粪法和指示剂法测定陕北白绒山羊日粮养分消化率的研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过全收粪法和指示剂法,测定陕北白绒山羊日粮CP、EE、NDF、ADF、DM、OM的消化率。结果表明:AIA法测定各营养成分消化率比全收粪法偏高,两种方法间差异显著。外源指示剂法(Cr2O3)测定CP、EE、NDF、ADF、DM、OM的消化率与全收粪法差异不显著,Cr2O3的回收率87.75%。研究认为Cr2O3可以作为测定陕北白绒山羊日粮消化率方法。 The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the efficacy of direct collection feces,Cr2O3 and AIA in predicting CP,EE,NDF,ADF,DM,OM digestibility of diets in Shanbei white cashmere goat.The CP,EE,NDF,ADF,DM,OM digestibility determined with the AIA method were significantly higher than those determined with the direct collection feces,and the CP,EE,NDF,ADF,DM,OM digestibility evaluated with the direct collection feces have not statistically significant difference with that evaluated by Cr2O3.The fecal recovery of Cr2O3 was 87.75%.In conclusion,Cr2O3 may be used as a marker to measure digestibility in Shanbei white cashmere goat.
