摘要
选用装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的3只本地空怀母山羊进行自身对照试验。试验期从瘤胃瘘管灌注半胱胺(100mg·kg-1BW),分别于灌注前1d(-1d)和灌注后第1,3,5,7d动态采集瘤胃液,测定瘤胃液pH,氨氮(NH3-N),总脱氢酶活性(TDHA),原虫蛋白(P-P)和细菌蛋白(B-P)的含量。结果表明,pH于1d明显升高,至7d基本恢复正常;TDHA于3d明显上升,1,2,3号羊分别由-1d的(1000±0300)nmol·s-1·mL-1,(0650±0233)nmol·s-1·mL-1,(0667±0117)nmol·s-1·mL-1上升到3d的(1630±0884)nmol·s-1·mL-1(P<005),(1120±0183)nmol·s-1·mL-1(P<005)和(1180±0217)nmol·s-1·ml-1(P<001),7d基本恢复正常;NH3-N浓度于1d下降,1,2号羊分别由-1d的0.278,0175g·L-1下降至1d的0202g·L-1和0140g·L-1,3号羊则由-1d的0311g·L-1降至3d的0243g·L-1;P-P含量于1d明显?
The effects of cysteamine infusion into the rumen of goats were studied on the ruminal digestion and metabolism.Three local nonpregnant female goats fixed with permanent ruminal fistulas were used in a self control design.Cysteamine was infused into rumen on d 0 Ruminal fluid was obstained in dymanic state on d -1,1,3,5,7.Compared with the control, the pH value in ruminal fluid apparently increased on d 1;then became normal on d 7;The TDHA in ruminal fluid significantly increased on d 3.Three goats increased from (1000±0300)nmol·s-1·mL-1,(0650±0230)nmol·s-1·mL-1 and (0667±0117)nmol·s-1·mL-1 on d -1 to (1630±0884)nmol·s-1·mL-1(P<005),(1170±0183)nmol·s-1·mL-1(P<005) and (1180±0217)nmol·s-1·mL-1(P<001) on d 3, respectively;The NH3N concentration decreased after intraruminal infusion on d 1, two goats decreased from 0.278 g·L-1, 0.175g·L-1 on d -1 to 0.202 g·L-1,0140 g·L-1 on d 1.Another goat decreased from 0.311 g·L-1 on d -1 to 0.243 g·L-1on d 3;The content of P-P significantly increased on d 1,two goats increased from (0.332±009) g·L-1 and (0.275±0.030)g·L-1 on d -1 to (0.474±0.088)g·L-1(P<001) and (0.372±0.037)g·L-1(P<0.05) on d 1,respectively;another goat not apparently change;The content of P-P decreased significantly on d 7;The content of B-P decreased with the increasing of the content of P-P,and then increased with the decreasing of the contentt of P-P.The results indicated that cysteamine infusion into rumen might elevate the ruminal fermentation and the efficiency of MCP synthesis in rumen.
