摘要
为探讨不同钙（Ｃａ）水平饲粮对梅花鹿瘤胃内各主要代谢参数的影响，选用４头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的成年梅花公鹿，用４种不同Ｃａ水平的日粮，按４×４拉丁方试验设计，对瘤胃内ｐＨ值、纤毛虫数、原虫蛋白浓度、氨态氮（ＮＨ３－Ｎ）浓度进行了测定分析。结果表明：不同Ｃａ水平饲粮对瘤胃ｐＨ值影响显著（ｐ＜０．０５），对纤毛虫数、原虫蛋白浓度及ＮＨ３－Ｎ浓度影响较小（ｐ＞０．０５），由以上指标为依据，所得日粮适宜Ｃａ水平为０．７４％。
To study the effects of dietary Ca levels on the chief metabolism values in the sika deer's rumen ,four adult sika deer installed rumen fistula were selected and fed with four dietary Ca levels in a 44 Latin square experiment design,the digestive-metabolic were carried out.The pH values ,the number of protozoa ,the concentrations of protein of protozoa and NH3-N in deer's rumen all were measured and analysed.The results showed that the pH values in deer rumen were significantly affected by the different Ca levels diets(P<0.05),but the four diet disposals of Ca levels had no significant effect on the number of protozoa ,the concentrations of protein of protozoa and NH3-N(P>0.05).The appropriate Ca lever of sika deer is 0.74% under this experimental situation.
