摘要
实验测定了茂名海域文昌鱼在96h时间间隔内耐受盐度的极限值为:最低17.24,最高46.24;耐受pH的极限值为最低5.0,最高10.0。通过实验前后文昌鱼体重及酸碱磷酸酶活性的变化对比,找出茂名海域文昌鱼较适合生长的盐度及pH范围分别为:28.0~32.0及7.5~8.5。
Experiments on tolerant limitation of Branchiostoma belcheri to salinity and pH were conducted. The result showed the tolerant limitation range of Branchiostoma belcheri to the salinity was 17.24 and 46.24 in 96h; And the tolerant limitation range of Branchiostoma belcheri to pH was 5.0 and 10.0. Through the growth and the ACP and ALP of the Branchiostoma belcheri were measured and compared in the different stages, and we found the more fitness salinity and pH was 28.0 ~ 32.0 and 7.5 ~ 8.5.
