摘要
针对沙滩摩托车变速器箱体结构复杂的特点,使用与Pro/E无缝集成的软件Pro/Mechanica完成了箱体的工程分析。使用Pro/E建模工具完成箱体的三维建模,进入到Pro/Mechanica Structure工作环境对三维模型进行有限元分析并得到分析结果,之后使用Pro/Mechanica Thermal软件包对箱体进行温度分析,得到箱体在工作过程中的温度变化图,所有工程分析的结果都可以作为零件校核和优化设计的依据。
According to the complex structure of ATV motorcycle gear box, the engineering analysis was done by using Pro/Mechanica integrating with Pro/E. The 3D model was achieved in Pro/E and was analyzed in Pro/Mechanica Structure. The result of finite element analysis was gained at the same time. The thermal analysis was done in Pro/Mechanica. Thermal and the temperature graph of gear box were finished. All the results of engineering analysis are the reference for checking and optimal design.
