摘要
针对现有沙滩摩托车传动系设计方法落后、传动系性能与发动机匹配不够合理等问题,在对其传动系进行简化的基础上,建立了传动系几何模型,并导入ADAMS中添加约束后,进行了简单的运动仿真分析。初步分析结果表明,所得仿真数据与理论计算值基本相符,其误差不超过1.5%,从而验证了物理模型基本正确、合理,为传动系的进一步研究及其仿真优化建立了一个模型平台。
Aiming at existing problems of the available ATV, such as lagging in design method and transmission and engine performance matching with each other hardly, based on simplifying the transmission system, a geometric model of transmission was founded and simulation analysis was worked through ADAMS software. Then the models were restrained. The results of analysis indicate that the gained data was basically in line with calculated data and the maximum deviation was not exceeding 1.5 % ; therefore, the results can verify that the physical model is correct and justifiable. It's a model platform for further study and optimizing ATV's transmission.
