摘要
通过对大倾角仰采工作面原综采设备在生产中可能出现的诸多问题,以及设备的受力工况分析,分别对刮板输送机和采煤机的结构做了适应性的技术改造。此外还提出了输送机防滑和防漂移的相关技术措施,取得了良好的应用效果,具有一定的推广价值。
According to the analysis of the various problems which may be appeared in production when using the original fully mechanized mining equipment at highly inclined up-dip longwall face and force status of equipment. The structure of the scraper conveyor and shearer was respectively technical transformed. In addition, related technical measure of skid resistance and preventing shifting of conveyor was studied and proposed. And a good applicational result has been obtained and it has a certain value of populafiation.
