摘要
从静力学角度对大倾角条件下综放开采液压支架抗倾覆、滑移、扭斜稳定进行了分析,结合王家山煤矿的大倾角(29~43°)工作面的煤层条件和生产实践,对大倾角综放开采液压支架的3种稳定性进行了研究,分析煤层倾角、顶板压力、支架几何参数、支架工作状态对支架稳定的影响,在此基础上介绍了保证大倾角综放液压支架稳定的途径和王家山煤矿的生产经验.
Within the framework of static mechanics, the dumping, sliding and torsion stabilities of the support in greater inclined full-mechanized coal seam are analyzed.According to the actual situation of mining face with inclination angle of 29~43° of Wangjiashan Mine, the influence factors related to stability of power support, including inclination angle, roof pressure, geometric parameters and working status of support are analyzed.Furthermore, the methods to insure support stabilities and the experience of Wangjiashan Mine are presented.
