摘要
运用数值分析手段,基于ANSYS软件建立了SRT55型矿用自卸车车架的数值模型,依据矿车在矿区行驶路况条件,分析得到了典型工况条件下车架的应力及变形特征,验证了车架的强度、刚度满足设计安全要求,并根据数值分析结果对相应部件提出了合理化意见,为结构的改进和优化提供了一定参考依据。
SRT55 mineral self-dumping truck frame numerical model is established based on ANSYS with numerical analysis methods. The stress and deformation features of frame in typical working condi- tions are analyzed under mining area actual road condition, which confirmed to be satisfied with the safety requirements. Some reasonable suggestions are concluded according to the numerical analysis results, which all would provide references for the refinement and optimization of frame structure.
