摘要
为降低家用越野车车架的自重,首先根据家用越野车的性能要求,建立了车架的有限元模型;然后应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,对车架主梁在不同截面形状下的结构强度进行了分析计算;最后根据计算结果为车架主梁选择最佳的截面形状.
For reducing the weight of the frame of a household cross-country vehicle, a finite element model of the frame is established in the light of the requirements of a household crosscountry vehicle. Then the structural strength of the frame beam with different cross-section is analysed by the large finite element method program, ANSYS. Finally, based on the results of the FEM caculation, the best across-section of the frame beam is determined.
