摘要
目的探讨手术对结膜松弛症泪溢的改善效果。方法对32例64眼球结膜松弛并有泪溢主诉患者行下方球结膜新月形切除加巩膜固定术,随访观察24周。结果术后2、8、24周分别有33、47、47眼泪溢症状消除,23、11、11眼泪溢明显减少;术后2、8周分别有53、58眼裂隙灯检查结膜松弛完全消除。结论结膜松弛是泪溢的原因之一,可以通过手术治疗。
Objective To investigate the relationship between conjunctivochalasis and epiphora, and the effect of operation. Methods 32 patients （64 eyes） with epiphora and relaxed bulbar conjunctiva were studied. The patients were operated by crescent-shaped resection of redundant conjunctiva and conjunctival fixation to the sclera. All patients were followed up 24weeks. Results 2 weeks ,8 weeks and 24 weeks later, in 33 eyes, 47 eyes and 47 eyes that had no epiphora, while 23 eyes, 11 eyes and 11 eyes that epiphora improved respectively. 2 weeks and 8 weeks later, slit-lamp microscopic examination showed no relaxed cinjunctiva in 53 eyes and 58 eyes respectively. Conclusions Relaxed bulbar conjunctiva is one of the causes of epiphora. The operation （ excision of the relaxed bulbar conjunctiva and conjunctival fixation to the sclera） can cure the epiphora.
