摘要
支气管哮喘是一种病因及发病机理复杂的慢性气道炎症性疾病,随着对其病因、发病机制、治疗药物作用机理研究的深入,其治疗方案和指南也在不断更新。近年来,一些成熟的哮喘治疗药物随机、对照临床研究结果相继发表,哮喘的药物治疗也有了新的指导性文件。本文就目前哮喘常见的治疗药物的种类、副作用、在哮喘治疗中的地位以及新型哮喘治疗药物的特点作一总结,以利于哮喘药物治疗的规范化,达到更好控制哮喘的目标。
Asthma is a chronic airway inflammatory disease with complex etiology and pathogenesis. Due to the deep research about its etiology, pathogenesis and mechanisms of the drugs, the therapeutic regimen and guidelines of asthma are updating continuously. In these years, some randomized controlled trials of asthma-treating drugs have been published, and new guidelines have become available. This article discussed the category, side effects and status in asthma-controlling strategy of asthma-treating drugs, and introduced some new types of these drugs. The purpose of this article is to favor the standardization of pharmacologic treatments for asthma patients, and help to achieve the goal of controlling asthma more effectively.
