摘要
感染与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)之间的关系一直存在争议,近年来许多的研究表明感染在COPD发病及病程中发挥了重要作用。本文就感染与COPD急性发作的关系,以及COPD稳定期中的慢性感染进行详细介绍,并简要阐述抗感染的意义,以及对COPD预后的影响。
The relationship between infection and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease has been disputed in the past decades. Recently,many studies and researches indicate that infection plays an important role in the pathogenesis and course of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. In this article, we introduced the infection in exacerbations of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and chronic infection in stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. We also described the significance and prognosis influence of antibiotics in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
