摘要 介绍了蒸汽渗透膜分离技术的工作原理、分离性能的评价指标以及影响因素,并与渗透汽化技术进行比较,总结了两过程的异同,指出了蒸汽渗透过程在技术上和经济上的优势,概括了蒸汽渗透技术在工业上的应用.作为新型的膜分离技术,蒸汽渗透技术有较强的市场竞争力. In this paper, the operating principle of vapor permeation is introduced , the evaluation index of separation performance of vapor permeation process is described and the affecting factors of vapor permeation process is analyzed. The technical and economical advantages of vapor permeation compared to pervaporation are discussed. The present status of industrial applieation is also summarized. And it is pointed out that vapor permeation as a new - style membrane separation technology will have remarkable marketable potential.
