摘要 制备了用于正庚烷/氮气分离的PDMS/PVDF复合膜。分析讨论了原料气压力、流速、原料气中正庚烷浓度、透过侧压力及操作温度等因素对气体分离性能的影响。在一定的操作条件下,当原料气中正庚烷质量分数为6%时,正庚烷的渗透速率为2.5×10-6mol/(m2.s.Pa),分离因子可达600左右。 The PDMS/PVDF composite hollow fiber membrane for the separation of n-heptane/nitrogen was prepared. The effects of feed pressure, concentration, flow rate, permeate pressure and temperature on the performances of composite membrane were also studied. The results showed that the permeation rate of n- heptane was 2.5 × 10^-6 mol/(m^2.s·Pa) and the separation factor was about 600 when the n-heptane content was 6wt% in feed gas.
