BAG-1、VEGF在大肠癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF BAG-1 AND VEGF IN COLONRECTAL CARCINOMA

摘要 目的:探讨抗凋亡基因BAG-1、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在大肠癌发生、发展中的作用及二者的相关性。方法:用免疫组织化学SABC法分别检测12例正常大肠粘膜、40例大肠癌组织BAG-1和VEGF蛋白的表达情况。结果:BAG-1和VEGF在大肠癌中的表达均明显高于正常粘膜(P<0.05,P<0.01)。BAG-1在大肠癌中的表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移及Duke’s分期有关(P<0.01),与浸润深度无关(P>0.05);VEGF在大肠癌中的表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移、Duke’s分期及浸润深度均有关(P<0.01)。大肠癌中BAG-1的表达与VEGF有明显相关性(P<0.01)。结论:BAG-1和VEGF参与了大肠癌的发生发展过程,可作为判断大肠癌生物学行为的参考指标。 Objective:To investigate the expressions of BAG-1 and VEGF in development of colorectal carcinoma and determine their relationships.Methods:SABC immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the expression of BAG-1 and VEGF protein in 12 normal colonrectal mucosa and 40 colonrectal carcinoma specimens.Results: The expression of BAG-1 and VEGF protein in colonrectal carcinoma were obviously higher than normal colonrectal mucosa (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). In colorectal carcinoma, the BAG-1 expression was related to differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis and Duke's stage (P〈0.01); the VEGF expression was related to differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis, Duke's stage and depth of infiltration (P〈0.01). The expression of BAG-1 in colorectal carcinoma had obvious correlation with VEGF expression(P 〈 0.01).Conclusions:BAG-1 and VEGF may play an important role in development of conlonrectal carcinoma and can be acted as indicators for judging biological behaviour of colontectal carcinoma.
