摘要
精制煤油中加入一定量的苯并噻吩(BT)、二苯并噻吩(DBT)、4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩(4,6-DMDBT)制备成模拟含硫轻质油品,以溴乙烷为烷基化剂、四氟化硼钾为沉淀剂,进行烷基化沉淀脱硫,考察了反应温度、反应时间、烷基化剂和沉淀剂用量等因素对模拟轻质油品总硫脱除率的影响。结果表明,当反应温度30℃、n(KBF4)/n(S)=30、n(CH3CH2Br)/n(S)=80、反应时间为24 h时,模拟含硫轻质油品总硫脱除率达到76.5%。
A model light oil sample prepared by treated kerosene and sulfur compounds of benzothiophene ( BT), dibenzothiophene (DBT) and 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene (4,6-DMDBT) was employed for the alkylation and precipitation desulfurization tests with dibromoethane (CH3CH2Br) as alkylating agent and potassium tetrafluoroborate(KBF4) as precipitating agent. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and amounts of alkylating and precipitating agents on the desulfurization yield of the model light oil sample were investigated. The results showed that under the conditions of reaction temperature 30℃, n(KBF4)/n(S)=30, n(CH3CH2Br)/n(S)=80 and reaction time 24 h, the desulfurization yield was 76.5%.
