摘要
以抚顺洗涤剂化工厂C10~C13正构烷烃与烯烃的混合物和苯为原料,用氯代1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯铝酸盐离子液体([BMIM]Cl-AlCl3)作催化剂合成了直链烷基苯。实验结果表明,与该厂的氢氟酸催化剂体系比较,离子液体催化剂表现出更好的催化活性。当反应在30℃、催化剂/烯烃摩尔比为1:1的条件下进行时,可获得较高的烯烃转化率和2-苯基异构体的选择性。离子液体和产物可形成易于分离的双液相,简化了催化剂与产物的分离操作。实验制得的直链烷基苯符合该厂执行的工业烷基苯优等品的指标。
Linear alkylbenzene was prepared by alkylation of benzene with mixture of C10 - C13 alkanes and alkenes from Fushun Detergent Chemical Factory in the presence of chloroaluminate ionic liquid. The experimental results indicated that the ionic liquid catalyst showed better reaction activity than HF catalyst. High conversion of alkenes and good selectivity of 2 - isomer were obtained at 30 ℃ and mole ratio of catalyst to alkenes 1 : 1. The reaction system could form two phases, so the ionic liquid catalyst was easy to be separated from the product. The quality of the prod- uct satisfied with the high - class grade of industrial standard.
