摘要
本研究表明:大黄提取物对ToMV粒体具有钝化作用,但在电镜下没有观察到在形态、长度方面与对照的差异;大黄提取物使接种心叶烟叶片上枯斑直径比对照减小了21.9%;接种前喷施大黄提取物的植株过氧化物酶(PO)活性比对照高,接种后,处理株的PO活性第12天达到高峰,而对照的最高峰比处理提前6d;接种ToMV前处理的番茄与对照相比,新增1条PO同工酶酶带,接种后,虽然处理与对照都增加2条高迁移率(Rf=0.826,0.867)同工酶酶带,但处理株出现的晚;经大黄提取物处理的番茄植株与清水处理的植株相比,PR蛋白总带数相同,但处理的各带强度高于对照。
In Vitro experiment showed that the estract from Rheum palmatum L.could inactivate ToMV,but it couldn’t affect the ToMV particles in morphology and length.The PO activity of tomato plants sprayed with the extract from Rheum palmatum L.was greater than that of the control plants before inoculation.After inoculation both the treated PO activity and that of control increased,but the PO activity in tomato plants sprayed with the extract reached the peak on the 12th day after inoculation,6 days later that of the controlled plants. Compared with the control plants the PI pattern of tomato plants treated with the extract before inoculation one new band appeared.After inoculation two new isozyme bands (Rf=0.826,0.867)appeared in the PI pattern of treatment and that of control.But the new bands in treated plants emerged 6 days later than that in control plants,The extract from Rheum palmatum L.could cause the accumulation of acidic PR proteins in tomato plants.
