摘要
目的分析和评定水中硝酸盐含量的不确定度分量。方法依据测量不确定度评定与表示(JJF1059-1999),建立不确定度的数学模型,得出紫外分光光度法测定水中硝酸盐的合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果水中硝酸盐的紫外分光光度法测定中,当水中硝酸盐含量在0.20~8.0mg/L范围内,合成不确定度是0.044mg/L,扩展不确定度为0.09mg/L。结论测量不确定度的分析,能有效掌握测定结果的可信程度和准确性,保证检测结果的质量。
[ Objective ] To analyze and evaluate the uncertainty components in measuring nitrates content in water. [ Methods] Based on evaluation and denotation of measuring uncertainty ( JJF1059 - 1999 ) , mathematic model of uncertainty was established, and the synthesis uncertainty and expansion uncertainty of nitrate in water by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was obtained. [ Results] In determination of nitrates content in water by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, when contents of nitrate were between 0.20 ∽ 8.0 mg/L, synthesis uncertainty was 0.044 mg/L and expansion uncertainty was 0.09 mg/L. [ Conclusion] Analysis of measurement uncertainty can control the confidence and accurateness of results, and ensure the quality of measurement.
