摘要
目的通过对养路工主观疲劳症状和疲劳客观指标血清中IL-6浓度进行检测,了解养路工疲劳状况,并探讨养路工职业暴露对疲劳的影响。方法采用《疲劳自评问卷表》对养路工(油路工51人、水泥路工76人)和行政管理人员(42人)的主观疲劳进行问卷调查,用酶联免疫法定量检测血清中IL-6浓度。结果养路工组主观疲劳总得分和躯体因子A得分明显高于对照组(P<0.01),主观疲劳检出率油路组(29.4%)和水泥路组(25.0%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);血清中IL-6浓度养路工组高于对照组,且水泥路组〔(74.1±21.5)pg/ml〕与对照组〔(65.9±17.3)pg/ml〕比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养路工主观疲劳得分、主观疲劳检出率以及血清中IL-6浓度均高于对照组,疲劳已成为危害养路工健康的一个重要指标。
[ Objective] To understand the fatigue status of platelayers and discuss the effects of occupational exposure on fatigue by testing the subjective fatigue symptoms and objective indicators of fatigue （ serum IL-6 ）. [ Methods ] The questionnaires were performed among platelayers l included 51 asphalt road workers, 76 cement road workers and 42 administrative staff} with ＂Fatigue self-rating questionnaire＂, the concentrations of serum IL-6 was detected quantitatively by enzyme linked immunoassay. [ Results] The total score of subjective fatigue and somatic factor A of platelayers group were significantly higher than those of the control group I P 〈0. O1 }. The positive rate of subjective fatigue in asphalt road group （29.4% ）and cement road group （25.0% ）were significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The concentrations of serum IL-6 in platelayers group was higher than that of the control group, and the cement road group [ （ 74. 1 ±21.5 ）pg/ml ） ] compared with the control group [ （65.9 ＋ 17.3 ） pg/ml], the difference was statistically significant{ P 〈0.05 }. [ Conclusion] The subjective fatigue score, positive rate of subjective fatigue and the concentrations of serum IL-6 of platelayers are higher than those of the control group, the results show that fatigue is an important health-risk indicator of platelayers.
