摘要
目的通过对养路工主观疲劳及其生命质量的调查与分析,为预防疲劳、提高养路工的生命质量提供理论依据。方法采用疲劳量表和生存质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对376名养路工的疲劳程度和生命质量进行测试与分析。结果养路工的疲劳度及疲劳检出率较高,其生命质量降低,与常模和其他组别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高年龄组、已婚者及沥青路面作业养路工的疲劳度和疲劳检出率高于低年龄组、未婚者和其他婚姻状况者以及水泥路面和混合路面组养路工人,而生命质量明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。疲劳度及疲劳检出率与其生命质量呈负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论在公路养护系统中,养路工疲劳度及疲劳检出率较高,而且疲劳度越高,其职业生命质量越低。
Objective Through the investigation of subjective fatigue and the life quality of roadmen to provide theoretical criteria for preventing fatigue and promoting their life quality. Methods The fatigue levels and the life quality of 376 roadmen were tested and analyzed by the fatigue quality scale and WHOQOL-BREF. Results The fatigue degree and incidence rates of roadmen were higher, and their life quality was lowered. In comparison with the control and others groups, the difference was significant (P〈0.05). The fatigue degree and incidence rates in elders, married people and asphalting roadmen were higher than those in younger, unmarried and other marital group and those working with cement and mixed pavements. Their life quality was obviously lowered with a significant difference(P〈0.01). The occupational fatigue degree and incidence rates were negatively correlated with the life quality ( P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ). Conclusions Among roadmen of highway maintenance system, the fatigue degree and incidence rates are rather high. The higher the fatigue was, the lower their life quality would be.
