摘要
目的探讨康复护理方案对膝关节周围骨折、脱位术后功能恢复的影响,总结护理经验,为临床工作提供指导。方法共选取膝关节周围骨折患者71例,分别在术前及术后给予康复护理措施。具体措施包括术前康复指导、术后主动功能锻炼、被动功能锻炼、物理疗法等。康复锻炼前、后分别测量患者膝关节的活动范围,并对其膝关节功能进行评定。结果65例患者术后获得随访,随访时间平均6个月,患者骨折愈合良好,肢体功能恢复较好,无1例出现固定物松动、骨折不愈合、废用性骨质疏松等并发症。结论膝关节周围骨折脱位损伤患者如早期给予康复护理措施可显著促进膝关节活动功能的恢复,减少膝关节功能障碍发生。
Objectives To study the impact of postoperative holistic rehabilitation nursing on patients with peri knee joint fracture and dislocation. Methods 71 patients with peri knee joint fracture and dislocation received holistie rehabilitative nursing before and after operation , such as rehabilitative instruction , active exercise , passive motion , physical therapy＇ etc. Motion range of knee joint before and after rehabilitation was measured, and the knee joint function was evaluated. Results Motion range of knee joint and knee joint function improved obviously owing to holistic rehabilitation nursing. Conclusions Holistie rehabilitation nursing can improve motion range of knee joint and knee joint function in patients with peri knee joint fracture and dislocation
