摘要
目的探讨全髋关节置换手术患者的康复护理要点。方法应用人工全髋关节置换术治疗骨关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、股骨头缺血性坏死共52例患者,并对其实施一系列的术前术后康复训练。结果术后随访,患者Harris评分优20例,良28例,中3例,差1例,髋关节置换术的优良率达92.3%。结论术前康复指导及术后早期功能训练,不仅可有效预防并发症的发生,而且可促进患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the rehabilitation nursing points in caring for patients who received the total hip replacement surgery. Method A series of preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation training was provided for 52 patients who received the total hip replacement surgery because of osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Results Patients were followed up after operation. Patients got excellent Harris score in 20 eases, good in 28 eases, moderate in three eases and poor in one ease. The success rate of total hip replacement was 92.3%. Conclusion Preoperative health education and early postoperative rehabilitation functional training can not only effectively prevent the occurrence of complications, but also promote a quick recovery.
