校企合作是高技能人才培养的必由之路,是世界各国高职院校培养高技能型人才的成功经验。上海医疗器械高等专科学校"药剂设备制造与维护"专业,通过校企合作定位人才培养,构建实施教学新模式以及推进师资队伍建设、改善实验实训条件等,构建了药剂设备高技能人才培养体系,提高了学生职业道德与职业技能教育水平,切实满足企业对人才培养的要求。
Cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the sole way to cultivate high-skilled talents and is also the successful experience worldwide. Through the cooperation of colleges and enterprises, establishing new educational mode, improving the vocational abilities of faculty and the experiment conditions, the specialty of Pharmaceutical Equipment Maintenance and Manufacture in Shanghai Medical Instrumentation College has built a system for cultivating the high-skilled talents in pharmaceutical equipment industry. With the methods of enhancing the professional morality and skills of the students, the requirement of skilled talents from enterprises can be reached.
