路优泰和西酞普兰治疗脑卒中后抑郁症60例疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的:观察路优泰对脑卒中后抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法:对60例病人分别以路优泰(治疗组)和西酞普兰(对照组)治疗,用Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、临床总体量表(CGI)及不良反应症状量表(TESS)[1]评定疗效和不良反应。结果:路优泰临床总显效率为70%,两组疗效、减分率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),路优泰和西酞普兰不良反应少而轻,服药简便,依从性好。结论:路优泰对脑卒中后抑郁症疗效肯定,与西酞普兰相当,安全性较好。
