摘要
在高速搅拌池中,分别采用界面吸附法和显微照相法测定TRPO(三烷基氧膦)-煤油/1.0mol/LNaNO3溶液体系两相接触界面积。界面吸附法是采用有机相取样器取出本体有机相,通过测量搅拌前后有机相中TRPO浓度的变化,结合TRPO界面吸附参数计算出两相界面积。采用界面吸附法测定了微量TRPO浓度体系在搅拌池中的界面积,根据实验结果回归了两相界面积关联式,计算值与实验值的相对偏差小于5%。采用显微照相法测量了低浓和高浓TR-PO两组体系在不同搅拌条件下的界面积,其结果与界面吸附法关联式计算值基本符合。对两种测定方法的优缺点进行了比较、评价。
The interfacial areas in highspeed stirring apparatus for TRPO (trialkyl phosphine oxide)kerosene and 1.0mol/L NaNO3 system are determined by interfacial adsorption method and are checked by microphotography method. In the interfacial adsorption method, micro amounts of TRPO were sampled from the bulk organic phase by a phase separator. The changes of TRPO trace concentration induced by vigorous stirring in the organic phase were measured and the interfacial areas were calculated. A formula is correlated from the experimental results and is proposed to calculate the interfacial areas for studied system. The relative deviations between the calculated data and experimental ones are within 5%. The interfacial areas are also measured by the microphotography method for the system with trace or macro concentration of TRPO at different stirring conditions. The interfacial areas measured by the microphotography method fit in well with that calculated by the correlation formula of the interfacial adsorption method. In addition, the advantages of two methods are discussed.
