摘要
建立了包括失活动力学的浆态 FT合成反应器的多组分反应模型。利用模型对本所模试进行了计算 ,模拟结果与实验结果得到了较好的吻合 ,并利用模型考察了气液界面积、催化剂浓度和表观气速等反应参数及物化参数对反应器性能的影响。
A model for the Fischer Tropsch synthesis with considering deactivated kinetics in a bubble column slurry reactor was developed in this paper. The flow pattern of the gas phase was assumed as a plug flow, whereas the slurry phase was described by unmixed liquid models. The simulated results were compared with experimental ones verified the reasonable of the proposed model. Simulations of the catalyst deactivation showed that the stability and activity of catalyst should be improved. The influences of gas liquid interfacial area, catalyst concentration and space time yield were discussed. The results of the calculations and the conclusions may be employed in the process of design of industrial plants.[WT5HZ]
