燃料颗粒包覆过程冷态模拟的压强研究 被引量:2

Investigation of pressure drop in cold state model for fuel particle coating

摘要 包覆燃料颗粒是10MW高温气冷堆球形燃料元件的核心。在直径为55mm冷态模拟流化床中对核燃料颗粒的喷动状态进行了模拟研究。运用静压探针研究了床内压降随流化气体速度变化的关系以及压降的轴向分布。而且从压降-气体速度关系曲线进一步判别床内死区情况,运用余弦关系近似描述了压降的轴向分布。实验结果表明本研究对包覆工艺具有参考价值。 Coated fuel particles are the kernel of spherical fuel elements in the 10MW high temperature gas cooled reactor (HTR10). The spouting process of coated fuel particles in 55mm spouted beds was modeled. Pressure axial distribution in spout and the relationship between pressure drop and gas velocity were measured by using pressure probe. The dead zone in the spouted bed was analysed based on the relationship mentioned above. The pressure axial distribution was described as a cosine function. The experimental results provide a valuable reference to the coating technology.
