摘要
通过对旋叶式汽水分离器(简称旋叶分离器)内部的汽水分离过程进行分析,建立了旋叶分离器的分离性能模型,为今后旋叶分离器在不同工况下的分离性能进行预估计算提供计算方法,同时根据旋叶分离器冷态模拟实验结果分析,找出了影响旋叶分离器性能的主要原因,并整理出阻力计算的经验关系式。
The stationary vane separator is widely used in steam generator of nuclear power plant,whoseperformance effects directly on the economics and reliability. The perforinance of stationary vaneseparator depends on the separator efficiency,exit water content,water carryup,water blowout,the drag performance and steam load on per unit surface. Through analysis on the process ofsteam-water separation,the model of separation performance is established, and the calculationmethod for the separator performance is given. Based on the air-water experemental data,thecalculation of separator pressure drop is also given with error of the calculation within the engi- neering requirements.
