368例踝臂指数监测临床意义的探讨 被引量：2

摘要 目的:观察踝臂指数(ankle-brachial index,ABI)异常的发生率及ABI水平与心血管病危险因素之间的关系。方法:本院住院患者368例,测定ABI,分析患者ABI异常的发生率及相关的危险因素。结果:本组368例患者中有心血管危险因素的患者为276例。ABI异常的发生率男性为13.6%(30/228),女性为12.8%(18/140)。有心血管病危险因素患者中ABI异常的发生率在为17.3%。结论:有心血管病危险因素的人群中ABI异常的发生率高。
