摘要
利用2008年广东省英德、鹤山2市实地调查的数据,对沿海地区的土地流转经营的现状以及存在问题进行了分析。结论表明,沿海地区土地流转比例比全国平均水平高,但是土地流转期限不确定、土地流转价格偏低的现象依然普遍存在,最后提出了加快沿海地区土地流转经营的对策建议。
Based on the survey in Yingde and Hesan of Guangdong province in 2008, the paper analyzed land transfer status and problems in coastal area. The results showed that proportion of land transfer in coastal area was higher than national average level. The uncertainty of land transfer period and low transfer prices were also common in coastal areas. Lastly, the paper put up some suggestion for speeding up land transfer.
