华南籼稻丰矮占1号回交导入系群体性状的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了以华南籼稻丰矮占1号为遗传背景的2套回交导入系群体在水种和旱种条件下农艺性状,方差分析结果表明:2套回交系群体的所有考察性状均存在显著差异,产量分布较分散,并有高于轮回亲本丰矮占1号和低于供体亲本的导入系,而且产量的变异系数最高,株高的变异系数最小。2套回交系群体的结实率均表现为常规水种显著低于旱种,其他性状则表现为常规水种显著高于旱种。相关分析结果表明,Khazar衍生导入系群体的旱种产量与水种产量显著相关,而IR58025B衍生导入系群体的旱种产量与水种产量相关不显著,说明IR58025B带有较多或效应较大的抗旱基因/QTLs。 Two sets of introgression populations of South-China indica rice Feng-ai-zhan No. 1 by backeross were grown by upland cultivation and normal lowland cultivation and its' agronomic traits were studies. ANOVA showed that all traits of two sets of introgression populations were different significantly. The distribution of the yields of two sets of introgression populations was diffusive. There were some lines of which yields were higher than Feng-ai-zhan No.1 and some other lines of which yields were lower than donor parent. The coefficient of variation of yield was highest and the coefficient of plant height was lowest. Seed setting ratios of two sets of introgression populations by upland cultivation were significantly higher than those by normal lowland cultivation. While the other traits by upland cultivation were significantly lower than those by normal lowland cultivation. Correlation analyses showed that yields of introgression population derived from Khazar by upland cultivation were significantly correlated to those by normal lowland cultivation. But yields of introgression population derived from IR58025B by upland cultivation were significantly correlated to those by normal lowland Cultivation. this suggested that IR58025B carried more or more effect genes or QTLs for drought tolerance.
