以小儿消化道外症状为主的68例胃食管反流病的诊治 被引量：1

摘要 为探讨以消化道外症状为主要表现的胃食管反流病的诊治,回顾分析68例患儿临床资料。结果,本组胃食管反流病所表现出的久治不愈的咽喉炎32例、反复发作性肺炎18例、非季节性哮喘6例,采用经质子泵抑制剂治疗6周,12例呕吐婴儿给予体位及饮食疗法,疗效较佳。显示对于久治不愈咽喉炎、反复发作性肺炎、非季节性哮喘,经一般抗感染、对症治疗无效时,应考虑胃食管反流病的可能。
