摘要
以玻璃纤维布作基体,双氰胺作固化剂、2-甲基咪唑作固化促进剂,研究了制备无卤阻燃含磷环氧树脂覆铜板的阻燃胶料配方。实验结果表明,覆铜板的最佳配方为:磷的质量分数为2.5%的环氧树脂(E-2145)159.8g,双氰胺4g,2-甲基咪唑0.06g,氢氧化铝占体系质量的百分数为20%,丙酮1.2g。
Halogen-free flame retardant phosphoric epoxy resin formula for copper-clad laminate was studied and prepared at the conditions of glass fiber cloth as base material, dicyandiamide as curing agent and 2-methyl iminazole as accelerating agent. According to the experiment results, the optimal formula for copper-clad laminate was epoxy resin(E-2145) 159.8 g with 2.5 % mass percent phosphorus, dicyandiamide 4 g, 2-methyl iminazole 0.06 g, aluminum hydroxide accounting for 20 % mass percent in the whole formula system and acetone 1.2g.
