摘要
采用正交实验优化西藏松茸多糖提取工艺条件,并应用气相色谱法对松茸多糖的单糖组成进行分析。确定西藏松茸多糖最佳提取条件为:提取时间4 h、提取温度80℃、料水比1∶10、醇析浓度85%,此条件下粗多糖得率为8.98%。色谱分析发现,该多糖是由7种单糖组成的杂多糖。
The extraction technological conditions of polyoses from Tricholoma rnatsutake in Tibet were optimized using orthogonal experiment, and the monosaccharide composition of polyoses was analyzed by gas phase chromatography. The results showed that polyoses yield could reach 8.98% under the optimum extraction conditions as follows:the extraction time was 4 h, the extraction temperature was 80℃, the ratio of material to water was 1 : 10, the deposition concentration was 85 %. The polyoses were composed by 7 kinds of monosaccharides verified by gas phase chromatography.
