摘要
作为第三代DNA遗传标记,单核苷酸多态性(SNP)标记在发现相关基因突变方面发挥了重大作用,近年来发现SNP与药物或疾病的易感性有显著的相关性。综述了SNP的研究现状。
The single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)marker,as the third generation DNA genetic sign,plays an important role in discovery of certain gene mutations.It has been found that SNP has an obvious relationship with medicine or susceptibility to desease in recent years.Through sorting and summarizing materials,a brief account of the relative information and the current study in particular associated with diseases of SNP are presented.
