摘要
肽是两性电解质，肽的等电点和氨基酸一样可根据它各自解离基团的ｐＫ值求得．即肽的等电点（ｐＩ）为它的两性离子两侧的ｐＫ的平均值．
Peptide is a kind of zwitterion electrolyte. Its isoelectric point is the same of that of amino acid, which can be obtained according to the pK value of respective dissociation group. In other words, the isoelectric point of peptide is the average pK value of zwitterion electrolyte of its two sides.
